Gimbap is one of the popular dishes in Korea.
Korean likes Gimbap, so we can buy it at any convenience store or Gimbap shop.
Yes!! It’s yummy!

Let me tell you how to make 'Gimbap'
Ingredient (2~3 servings)
seaweed for Gimbap, Cooked rice, eggs, carrot, fish cake, burdock, ham, Pickled Radish, cucumber, Crab meat, Soysauce, Sesame oil, Sesame seed, sugar, Coarse salt, salt, cooking oil, Gimbap Mari
Directions
1. Add coarse salt to cucumbers. Let them salted.
2. Without cooking oil, fry hams for 1 minute
3. With cooking oil, fry carrots 1 minute
3-1 Add a pinch of salt to carrots.
4. With cooking oil, fry fish cake.
4-1 Add some soy sauce (0.5 tablespoon)
4-2. Add two or three pinches of salt
4-3. Add some soysauce again (0.5 tablespoon)
4-4. Add some sesame seed (1 teaspoon)
4-5. Add some sesame oil ( 1 teaspoon)
5. Make the fried eggs for Gimbap.
5-1. Beat the eggs
5-2. Add two pinches of salt
5-3. Add some sesame oil (0.5 teaspoon)
5-4. With cooking oil, fry the egg
5-5. With cooking oil, fry the egg. When one side is cooked, flip it over carefully.
5-6. When fully cooked, cut it into thin strips.
6. Season the cooked rice.
6-1. Add some sesame oil ( 2 tablespoon)
6-2. Add one big pinch of salt
6-3. Add one big pinch of sesame oil
6-4. Mix well
7. Now, wrap it with all the ingredients
7-1. The rice should be spread thinly
7-2. Put each ingredient on the rice
7-3. Wrap it carefully.
Repeat the process
8. Cut it carefully. Sesame oil makes the gimbap look more delicious
