Today, we are making 'Beef Radish Soup'

We need 'Dasida' for this food.
'Dasida' is the Korean seasoning(flavour enhancer).

Although it is safe and makes the food delicious, many Korean moms think it’s not good for health.
I think many Korean moms can make 'Korean seasoning(flavour enhancer)' by themselves using the natural ingredients.

But!
When we make a soup and want to have a better taste(we call it that the soup is thick), we use flavour enhancers. Especially, my mom likes to use it because my mom want to make the food quickly.
(Making the flavour enhancer using the natural ingredients takes time a lot)
So my mom usually puts 'Dasida' into many soups or stews.

Anyway,
We have a lot of brands for flavour enhancers.
But these two brands is famous for many Korean moms.

'Dasida' & 'Miwon'
