We need 'Dasida' for this food.
'Dasida' is the Korean seasoning(flavour enhancer).
Although it is safe and makes the food delicious, many Korean moms think it’s not good for health.
I think many Korean moms can make 'Korean seasoning(flavour enhancer)' by themselves using the natural ingredients.

<Ingredients>
beef, radish, green onion, crushed garlic, salt, korean seasoning(dasida), soy sauce, black pepper
<Directions>
1. Cut the radish into square shapes and chop the green onions.

3. Wash the beef with cold water and drain the water .
4. In a boiled pot, add the beef first.
5. And add the radish
6. Add the crushed garlic (0.5 tablespoon)

11. Wait it for a while (about 1 minute)
12. Add some chopped green onions
13. Add a little black pepper
