[Ingredients] Minced garlic / Almost every Korean food with Minced garlic

Whenever I make Korean food, I need minced garlic. Almost Korean food needs minced garlic. We have to make garlic minced every time we cook. Fortunately, in Korea, grocery stores sell the minced garlic so I have used this. However, there is a food preservative in the minced garlic. I think it's not good for health. Also, many Korean people think like that. Therefore, Korean people make the minced garlic a lot at once and then preserve it in the freezer for a long time. It's very comfortable whenever I cook Korean food.

1 cube is 0.5 table spoon.

<What you need>
Garlic
Blender
Bowl(if you need)
silicon ice mold
spoons

<Direction>
1. Rinse and Drain
Of course, you have to peel garlic first. After peeling it, rinse and drain.

2. Mince garlic by blender
You can chop the garlic using the knife. But it's difficult and it takes time a lot. So I minced garlic by blender.

3. Put minced garlic into the bowl.
You can skip this.

4. Put it into silicon ice molds.
** You need "silicon" ice molds. If you have plastic ice mold, don't use it.

5. Put it into the freezer.
6. Whenever you cook, you use it one by one.

Finish!
