Today we are making kimchi fried rice.
You think it sounds difficult.
Yes~ It is difficult to make.
That's because you need a variety of ingredients including kimchi!!
But!!
We have lots of Korean supermarket in any countries!
They sell kimchi, cooked rice, canned ham and other ingredients for Kimchi Fried rice!
That's because Koreans like kimchi and kimchi fried rice so we like to make and eat kimchi fried rice.
If you have kimchi and cooked rice, you can make it easily.
My mom's recipe is so easy to make and this recipe cannot fail.
Then let's get started!
Ingredients (1~2 servings) :
Cooked rice(1 bowl), Kimchi(1bowl), ¼ cannedham, 1 egg, salted dried seaweed(seasoned laver), ¼ onion, some green onion, cooking oil, sugar, sesame oil, sesame seed
Directions
1. Chop the green onions and the onions.
Cut the ham into small cube-shaped.

19. Add sesame oil (1 tablespoon)

20. Kimchi fried rice is Done!
Put it on the plate and set aside.

21. Fry the egg.
Over hard eggs or sunny side up? Anything is okay.
22. Put it on Kimchi fried rice.
