Watch how to make 'tasty Korean frozen hot dogs' on YOUTUBE.  Today, we are going to make 'Korean frozen hot dogs(Corn dogs)' Crispy(outside) and soft(inside) without air fryer.  Many Koreans have an air fryer at home. It became famous cooker in Korea. We cook many dishes at home by using cooking oil. So it was the groundbreaking invention for a family cook(usuaslly moms in Korea). However, an air fryer is a little expensive and many Koreans who live alone don't have it. So I use a frying pan which anyone might have.  Anyway, we have frozen hot dogs(corn dogs) in Korea. Actually, hot dogs in Korea means corn dogs in U.S.A. We have many kinds of frozen hot dogs(corn dogs). mozzarella hot dog, potato hot dogs, chicken breast hot dog, etc. However, I think original hot dogs(corn dogs) is the best if you know how to make it crispy(outside) and soft(inside). Hello, everyone! I'm Tina Shin!
Today, we are making ‘파채무침’ which is seasoned green onions!

We usually eat this with 삼겹살(Sam Gyeob Sal /Roasted Pork Belly)


Many Korean people love Sam Gyeob Sal(Roasted Pork Belly)!
삼겹살(Sam Gyeob Sal) is pork belly in English. It's similar with bacon.
But it's thicker than bacon Unlike bacon, it's not salty.

When I was young, I usually ate it at home. It was one of the happiest memories for me.

So, today, I will eat 삼겹살(Sam Gyeob Sal) at home.

When we eat 삼겹살, we eat many things with it. 

Mushrooms, Onions, Garlic, Kimchi and so on. 
Also, we eat seasoned green onions with 삼겹살.

So, Let's make seasoned green onions for 삼겹살!


<Ingredients>


Two Green onions, Soy Sauce, Sugar, Red pepper flakes, vinegar, sesame oil, sesame.



<Recipe - Short Version>

1. Make the green onions shredded.
2. Make the Sauce - soybeans(1T), sugar(1T), red pepper flakes(1T), vinegar(2~3T), sesame oil(2~3T), Some sesame.
3. Season the green onions with this sauce.  Finish!

1. Cut the green onions. 대파를 자릅니다.

First, cut the green onions with two parts(green one, white one).
Second, slice them lengthwise and the take out the center ones(I don't know how to express this part. Please watch my video)
Third, roll them and make them shredded.

대파는 가운데 심지를 제거하고 돌돌 말아 잘라줍니다. (영상 참고하세요^^)




2.  Make the Sauce. 소스를 만듭니다.
Put soybeans(1T), sugar(1T), red pepper flakes(1T), vinegar(2~3T), sesame oil(2~3T), Some sesame into your bowl with green onions you cut.

(간장):(설탕):(고춧가루):(식초):(참기름):(깨) 를  1:1:1:2:2:1 이렇게 생각하시면 됩니다.

보통 파채무침은 시큼하고 참기름맛으로 먹는지라.. 식초랑 참기름을 더 많이 넣었습니다.

더 시큼한 것을 원하시면 식초를 더 넣으셔도 좋습니다.


3. Season the green onions with this sauce. 무칩니다.

Finish! So easy, isn't it?

젓가락으로 휙휙 저어주면 좋습니다. 숨이 안 죽고 잘 무쳐집니다.
