Watch how to make 'tasty Korean frozen hot dogs' on YOUTUBE.  Today, we are going to make 'Korean frozen hot dogs(Corn dogs)' Crispy(outside) and soft(inside) without air fryer.  Many Koreans have an air fryer at home. It became famous cooker in Korea. We cook many dishes at home by using cooking oil. So it was the groundbreaking invention for a family cook(usuaslly moms in Korea). However, an air fryer is a little expensive and many Koreans who live alone don't have it. So I use a frying pan which anyone might have.  Anyway, we have frozen hot dogs(corn dogs) in Korea. Actually, hot dogs in Korea means corn dogs in U.S.A. We have many kinds of frozen hot dogs(corn dogs). mozzarella hot dog, potato hot dogs, chicken breast hot dog, etc. However, I think original hot dogs(corn dogs) is the best if you know how to make it crispy(outside) and soft(inside). Today, we are making ‘계란말이(Gyeran-mari), rolled eggs.
 
It's my favorite side dish!
It tastes good and easy to make!
 
Egg is known as a super food in Korea. 
So we have lots of Korean food cooked with eggs.
 
'Gyeran-mari' is not only one of the best side dishes with cooked rice in Korea, but also famous food with alcohol. Many Korean pubs sell 'Gyeran-mari' for alcohol. For example, 'Gyeran-mari' is one of the popular menu in franchise pubs made by Mr. Baek(Baek Jong won is very famous chef, food researcher, entertainer, writer, essayist and businessman) How interesting it is! 

Anyway, it can be cooked easily at home!

Then, let's make 계란말이(Gyeran-mari), rolled eggs.


Ingredients(2~3 serving)

4 eggs, 3~4 pinches of salt, cooking oil 
1 spatula, 1 big spoon


Direction

** From beginning to the end
Over low heat!!
 
1. Beat the eggs and add some salt(3~4 pinches)

 


2. In a pan, add some cooking oil. 
You can use kitchen towel to coat it well.



 
3. Pour half of beaten eggs.


 
4. When one side is slightly cooked, roll it over.


 
5. Move it to the side so that it has room for remaining one to be cooked.
 * Tilt the pan to roll the eggs over and out onto a hot plate.
 * Add some cooking oil if your eggs stick to the pan.


 
6. Put it on the cutting board and cut it into pieces.


 



Done! Serve with rice.
