Watch how to make 'Korean bibimmyeon' on YOUTUBE

Today, we are going to make Korean bibimmyeon.

Bibimmyeon is spicy noodles. It is one of the popular ramyeon in Korea. A Can of sea snails(whelks) is also famous canned food in Korea. About ten years ago, some entertainers had made Bibimmyeon with sea snails(whelks) on TV program. So this one bowl meal(Bibimmyeon with sea snail) had became famous.

And then, three days ago, Kim Hyeong Jun(a singer in Korea) made this meal on 'I live alone', one of the Korean famous TV shows. So again, this food became famous.

He made bibimmyeon with sea snails(whelks), Leaf Mustard Kimchi. However, I don't have Leaf Mustard Kimchi. So I make it with kkakdugi(cubed radish kimchi).

Then, let's make Korean bibimmyeon with sea snail, kkakdugi.

Ingredients(3~4 servings)

5 Bibimmyeon(including noodles and sauce),
1 can of sea snails(whelks),
1 bowl of kkakdugi(cubed radish kimchi),
600g Beef Loin

Direction

1. Open a can of whelks.

2. Cut whelks and kkakdugi(cubed radish kimchi) into bite-size pieces.

3. Boil the water. At the same time, grill the beef loin.
The amount of water doesn't matter. That's because it would be drained. No need the water. Only when boiled, water is needed.
If you couldn't boil the water and grill the beef loin at the same time, you need to grill the beef loin first.

4. When boiled, put the noodles into the pot. No need to put the sauce.

5. When it is cooked well, wash it with cold water.

6. When you wash it well, drain the water and transfer to large bowl for mixing.

7. Mix drained noodles, sauce, sea snails(whelks) and kkakdugi(cubed radish kimchi).

Done! With beer, it seems to taste better! :-)
