Today, we are making 'Stir-fried fish cake'


Do you know ‘eomuk’?
‘eomuk’ is called ‘fish cake’ in English. 
 
However, It is a little awkward to call ‘eomuk’ ‘Fish cake’.
That’s because it is not a cake made of fish!!!
 
‘eomuk’ is a food that made by the combination of fish paste.
It contains fish with salt, sugar, water, flour, egg and so on.
 
So ‘eo’ of ‘eomuk’ means ‘fish’ and ‘muk’ means ‘paste’
 
Many Koreans usually make ‘eomuk soup’ with ‘eomuk’.
But Today, we are going to make ‘stir-fried eomuk’


Now, let's make 'Stir-fried fish cake'


Ingredients (2~3 servings)

: eomuk, carrot, green onion, onion, chili pepper, thick soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper, dasida, sugar, minced garlic, cooking oil






Directions
1.  Cut all kinds of eomuk into bite-size pieces


2. Cut other ingredients into bite-size pieces, too.






3. Add the cooking oil and sesame oil into the heated pan (1 tablespoon each)



4. Add minced garlic (0.5 tablespoon)



5. Add eomuk and all kinds of ingredients



6. Add some soy sauce (2 tablespoons)



7. Add some sugar (1 tablespoon)



8. Add some pepper (1 teaspoon)



9. Add some dasida (1 tablespoon)



10. Stir it over high heat until it is cooked (for about 2 minutes)



11. Add some sesame seed (1 tablespoon)
